MISS OCTOBER 2006

LARUE MCCAY

LaRue McCay says she is empowered by sharing her sexuality with the world and spends most of her time in the buff. Don’t worry, PollyStaffle.com managed to have her throw some clothes on to feature her as this month’s pinup. The woman of many men’s dreams and nightmares for others, LaRue is a Las Vegas glamour/goth model and burlesque performer, who’s dabbled in foot and lesbian fetish videos, loves vampires and eats fire. As far as print modeling, she has posed for porn star turned photographer Justice Howard a number of times and has been featured in the magazines “Carbon 14” and “Black & White,” among other places. In the adult entertainment world, she has performed with the medical marijuana rights activist and Bettie Page look-a-like Smoking MaryJane Green and the tattooed dominatrix Michelle Aston. LaRue shares a bit on all of this, as well as why she is a self proclaimed “sexy geek,” the fun she had running around with 1,000 naked people and more in this haunted Halloween edition of Polly’s Pinups.

CREATURE OF THE NIGHT

CCF: First why don’t you tell me about the whole fire eating and how that came about? Is that something you have to practice a lot? What made you initially try it? How often are you using this talent?

LM: I had never really thought about fire eating until I met a friend that said he could and has taught others. When he said that I started to think about how sexy it would be to be naked in six inch heels eating fire to some kick ass music and so I asked him to teach me. I like to entertain people whenever I get the chance and they are so amazed with the whole fire eating. I have a lot of fun with it. My goal is to create a feature act for the strip clubs and perform, but I also do private parties. I don’t practice it that often. It’s not something you can just sit in front of the TV doing when you are bored.

CCF: (LOL) Yeah, you kind of have a point there. You’re both a print model and a dancer. Which of these do you like the most?

LM: Dancing has always been a passion of mine. I get such a rush from dancing on stage for everyone, especially in the sexually charged environment of the strip clubs. I still get nervous before every time I have to go up, but once I am up there dancing, it is like nothing else exists. Any energy and frustration I may have comes out.

CCF: As far as still photography, you’ve worked with Justice Howard a few times. Tell me a bit about working with her.

LM: J. is great. I met her when I first moved to Vegas three years ago. Thanks to J. I have been in several magazines and many of her gallery showings in LA. Justice will always tell me how it is, but she always gives me great images.

CCF: You recently attended the Nudes-A-Poppin’ Pageant. Why don’t you share a bit of the experience with us?

LM: Nudes-A-Poppin’ is about a thousand naked people running around in Indiana with a stripper contest thrown in for good measure. It’s a lot of fun. There are tons of photographers for men’s magazines and websites. Ron Jeremy host each year and they also have guest porn stars. The only thing, in my opinion, since it is in the middle of now where, the people tend to think all strippers should look the “standard” part and put whip cream on their tits.

CCF: (LOL)

LM: I on the other hand have a glamour/goth look and did old school burlesque to classic Vegas music. I even smoked a cigar the whole set, while wearing a top hat and all that good stuff… I don’t think they got it… (LOL)

CCF: That’s too bad. You’ve done some fetish films too. You’ve worked with both MaryJane and Michelle Aston. Is this something you hope to do more of in the future?

LM: Working with other models is a lot of fun. Even more so if they are sexy as hell. Michelle Aston was a blast because I actually got to shave her head bald for the shoot. I love doing this stuff and yes, hope to and want to do more.

CCF: Any interest in doing indie or horror films?

LM: That sounds like fun, I am always up for new projects and adventures. Just send the right people my way. I have a huge vampire fetish.

CCF: I’m sure someone will need a fire-eating vampire stripper at some point. And speaking of movies, what are some of your favorites?

LM: My all time favorite is a movie called “The Lover” with Jane March. Then anything with Audrey Hepburn and anything vampire related. But then again, I watch “Old School” or “Wedding Crashers” like once a month for a good laugh.

CCF: You do private fetish sessions. What do these normally consist of and what would it cost me… ahem… I mean, ugh, what would it cost someone that’s interested?

LM: A fetish session can be just about anything. You just tell me your fetish and we go from there. I do have limits and will not do certain things though. I am most well known for my pretty feet and stocking fetish. I charge $400 for one hour of my time.

CCF: What made you get into modeling and dancing to begin with and how did you get your start originally?

LM: It all started with my own erotic photography. I do the art of the self portrait. People seemed to like my stuff and I have been shown in the X-art Gallery in Orange County. I started a small website of my work and one day I received and email from a fellow photographer asking if I would pose for him. I did and I have been in front of the camera ever since. I love photography and the images that I help create. When I see the finished photo, it never seems like it is me.

CCF: With the type of stuff you do, how do you see yourself - empowered or exploited - and why?

LM: One hundred percent empowered. I own my sexuality and I choose to expose it to the world. This is how I have always been. It is odd, even without saying a word; people are comfortable with me to talk about their most private moments in the bedroom. I just have a niche for this stuff. I have no inhibitions and my life is healthier and happier then most because of it. I often think about going back to college to become a sex therapist.

CCF: Go for it and get your own TV show. If they watched Dr. Ruth and that other old lady, who wouldn’t watch your show? (LOL) So, what’s the wildest encounter you’ve ever had during all your work?

LM: I get asked this question a lot and the truth is, I don’t know. Everything I do is so normal to me. (LOL) I don’t find anything weird or crazy anymore. However, I am sure if I mentioned strap-on play or forced feminization, amongst other things it would raise your eyebrows.

CCF: Okay. Moving on. (LOL) Are you a big fan of Halloween and do you have any plans yet for this year?

LM: I have not decided on what I am doing for Halloween this year. Last year I went to the Vegas Fetish and Fantasy Ball because J. did posters for the ball and I was featured in three of the 13. But this year, not sure. Why? You wanna ask me to dress up for you? (LOL)

CCF: (LOL) Depends... Do you prefer tricks or treats?

LM: Um, lets just say I always carry a bag of tricks.

CCF: And any good vampire movies you recommend for Halloween night?

LM: You know what is odd, vampire movies are not scary nowadays they are just damn right sexy.

CCF: What about the other holidays coming up. Any big plans for any of them?

LM: Nope, no big plans. I don’t have a big family and I have been single for two years now. So it is just me. My parents live across town. I go and visit with them and we have a small quiet holiday.

CCF: On your myspace page you describe yourself as a “sexy geek.” Tell us a bit about your geeky side.

LM: Mmm… Such a good combo of words… Sexy and geek. I love smart people. I have a college degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing. I worked several corporate jobs in New York City before moving to Vegas. I don’t watch TV because it is all reality bullshit and other crap. I spend about five hours or more a day on the internet and am usually naked when doing so. And yes, I have a web cam, and no, I am not turning it on for you right now.

CCF: Okay, well, since you already answered my next question. (LOL) I guess that will about wrap things up.

LM: Thanks so much.

CCF: Thank you.
